The shopi is our third party partner, the solution of any complaint related to the product or payment for your incomes belongs to the company. But if you have bought any goods from the shopkeeper and you have paid for it but due to some reason, it is not delivering to the shopkeeper then in this matter we will just check it and see whether it was the shopie's fault or your mistake but its It does not mean at all that we will refund you your money if you are right, it is completely your matter and this matter will be handled by both you and the shopkeeper together. To avoid all these things, please always keep your document like invoice number, transaction Id, order Id, safe so that we can know who is wrong at the time of its investigation and in this case if the shopkeeper is found to be wrong then talks and action should be taken as per our contract. And if you are found wrong in this matter, then action will be taken against you as per the rules of our company and you will be fully agree with us on it's outcome.
